In 2008, we founded NessAlla Kombucha in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin, and we’ve been making craft brewed Kombucha using only organic and fair trade ingredients ever since.
Our goal is to promote health and well being within our community and yours. We’re both certified herbalists and we work with a small, dedicated and totally boochin’ team to bring you the freshest kombucha on the planet. Our brewery was one of the first craft kombucha producers in the nation, and we’re hard at work every day making kombucha, answering questions and spreading the word through our tastings.
We know how important it is to maintain good health at this time and we are grateful for your faith and trust in NessAlla Kombucha. We understand that many growler refill places are not continuing at this time due to Covid-19 concerns. This is very understandable. We will now offer bottle and case pick-ups at the NessAlla Brewery in Madison at the Garver Feed mill at 3233 Garver Green.
The first step is to order online. You can order and pay on the site so no money needs to be exchanged in person. Next, you show up during the pickup times listed on our events page. If the weather is cold so you will need to come inside. We will let one customer in at a time. Give your name and you will find your order on the table and take it with you after confirming with our employee. When it is warm outside you just need to drive up and not have to come in.
We will not be re-filling any growlers that you bring in at this time. If you want them to be recycled and reused, please bring in growlers that you have thoroughly washed. We will take them and sanitize them for later usage. There will be a crate for you to place them outside the door. Thank you for your cooperation! May you be healthy and well.
