In 2008, we founded NessAlla Kombucha in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin, and we’ve been making craft brewed Kombucha using only organic and fair trade ingredients ever since.
Our goal is to promote health and well being within our community and yours. We’re both certified herbalists and we work with a small, dedicated and totally boochin’ team to bring you the freshest kombucha on the planet. Our brewery was one of the first craft kombucha producers in the nation, and we’re hard at work every day making kombucha, answering questions and spreading the word through our tastings.

Thursday April 9,2015 from 3- 6pm NessAlla and Merchant Restaurant and Grocery we will be welcoming our sister Kombucha brewers- Tapuat of Door County, WI and Karma Kombucha of Vernon Hills, IL for an evening of kombucha craft cocktails and a celebration of all things kombucha.
