We’re on the cusp of the Fall Season and when our friends at Forbes.com asked NessAlla Kombucha staff mixologist Jeanette Dainty what she likes about fall, she said “Autumn leaves, fall fruit, and Bourbon”! (and it turns out to be whiskey too on this occasion) Here is Jeanette’s latest libation the Wyalusing Wander…
In a bar pint glass pour ½ oz dry vermouth, gently swirl the vermouth around and “wash” the glass ~ coating the entire interior of the bar pint. Dump extra vermouth.
In a cocktail tin filled with ice add:
Shake vigorously and strain using bar pint washed with dry vermouth into a 5 oz chilled martini glass.
Pour 2 oz of NessAlla Peach Kombucha in the chilled martini glass to finish. Garnish with a simple orange twist.
