The Booch Buck

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Buffalo Trace or J. Henry & Sons bourbon
  • 2 dashes Bittercube Jamaican #2 bitters
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. NessAlla Lemongrass Ginger Kombucha
  • orange peel garnish

Directions

Pour bourbon, lime juice, and bitters into a highball glass. Add ice. Pour kombucha over ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
