New Spring Seasonal!

TO start off we have entered into a new season, which means a new seasonal. We are putting out the Elderflower Lemonbalm again. Refreshing, light and floral with a wonderful clean taste and scent. Look for it on your store shelves or it can even be found on TAP! _MG_2459

The Good Food Festival!

We love to participate in this awesome event every year. They love to celebrate and educate about sustainable food, local businesses and DIY homesteading stuffs. It is a whole bunch of fun led by some of the best local businesses in the Midwest!  goodfood1

NessAlla Kombucha on tap!

We have been in kegs at a few places around town and out of town.  Alchemy Cafe will have us in the tap rotation, we are always on tap at the Mermaid Cafe. You can find us at the Side Door Bar and Grille as well as at the Hop Garden in Paoli! The Cardinal bar will have it on tap sometimes as well and also A-Ok Sunshine Spirits! You can find what flavors are on tap each week by visiting our home page and scrolling all the way to the bottom. nessalla-kegOur newest great achievement is getting our kombucha into kegerators at both the Willy Street Co-op East and West! There are three flavors on tap at each location. Lemongrass Ginger, the current seasonal and a specialty brew. The specialty brews change from week to week so please visit these locations to find out what they are or visit our updated tap list.

Farmers Markets!

You can find us again at the East Side Farmers Market this year as well as the West Side Community Market. Be on the look out for wonderful craft brewed local seasonal falvors. This is where the super yummies come out so keep an eye out for that!

Craft Beer Week!

We will be participating in Craft Beer Week April 29th-May 8th this year as a sponsor and doing some awesome Shandy/Radler events with Capital Brewery, Alchemy Cafe, the Side Door, and the Brass Ring. Come try a Radler! They are very refreshing and a nice way to tone down some of those super high octane amazing beers. Yummmmm.   _MG_3116

Radler (German for “cyclist”) has a long history in German-speaking regions. It commonly consists of a 50:50 mixture of beer and sparkling lemonade. The origin of the name is lost to time, but is presumed to relate to the popularity of cycling and the need for a refreshing, less-alcoholic beverage on the journey.

Instead of sparkling lemonade, we will be using our lovely ‘booch of course!

NessAlla is working hard to keep that booch flowing fresh and tasty to you every day. We are committed to sustainablility and our local community. Please keep an eye out on the site for new events and updated locations to find NessAlla.
