We’re back for another episode of Booch ‘N Beer! This week, Vanessa is joined by Alla and Barrett Lione-Seaton, brewmaster at Delta Beer Lab, to discuss our latest kombucha radler creation. For this yummy concoction, we’ve paired Delta Beer Lab KSR.01 (a gose, BTW) with NessAlla Lemongrass Ginger Kombucha. Delta’s Gose is a kettle-soured German-style wheat beer, spiced with a touch of salt and a hint of coriander. Sounds crazy, but it’s super tasty. Our Lemongrass Ginger booch has a bright, invigorating taste with a bit of a tart kick. Pair this dynamic duo together and you end up with a vibrant, zippy hard lemonade, perfect for the summer days ahead. Check out the video and give this tasty booch ‘n beer recipe a try!
