Plan ahead and this amazing non-alcoholic craft kombucha mocktail is yours to behold! Inspired by a Rishi Tea recipe.
Step 1: Make the tea
Heat water to 190 ̊F. Steep for 4 minutes. Decant fully. Allow to cool before drink assembly. (Rishi Tea has a nice guide to making tea, if you’re interested.)
Step 2: Make butterfly pea flower ice
Heat water to 200 ̊F. Steep for 6 minutes. Decant fully. Allow to cool to room temperature. Freeze in ice molds (spheres or cubes are best, just make sure that they’re appropriately sized for the cocktail glass).
Step 3: Assemble Dragon Tears
Add 2 butterfly pea flower ice cubes (or 1 sphere) to a 12-ounce glass. Add 3 ounces brewed Blue Jasmine tea and aloe vera concentrate (or gel). Top with NessAlla Traditional Oolong Kombucha. Garnish with an aloe tip.
