The Carolina Mantis – Nessalla Kombucha

The Carolina Mantis


  • 2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Quince and Apple Honey Lemon Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. Lemongrass-Ginger NessAlla Kombucha


Stir bourbon, simple syrup and Cointreau with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and add a float of Lemongrass-Ginger NessAlla Kombucha. Garnish with a twist of orange.
