Let’s talk booch for a bit. Specifically, blueberry booch. Our blueberry flavor was one of the first we ever came up with. Its luscious, complicated palate has been a favorite for years, yet it still seems some people don’t care to take a chance on it. Perhaps you think, “no way that’s just straight up blueberries” or “I don’t want it to be, like, blueberry all up in my face”. Well, lucky for you, it’s more complicated than that. You see, the tea we use to make our blueberry flavor has a few other elements in it to send that flavor into “wow” orbit. It has a bit of hibiscus for color and tartness, some schizandra to tease your tongue and a bit of elderberry to bring it back down to earth.
Blueberries conjure images of these cute little orbs all piled together in a bowl, plump and bursting with flavor. Blueberries aren’t easy to grow because there is high competition with the wilderness who come to the bushes and bring their families to feast and gobble up any and all of those tangy, blue sugar-balls. We all love to share blueberries with our families. For many of us, blueberries are a first food. They’re perfect for tiny, fat digits to pluck from a plate while practicing newfound dexterity then stuffing into a happy, messy mouth.
Blueberry flavor is like summer in a bottle that you don’t have to give up once fall rolls around. You can have this amazing flavor all year long! This flavor is also a great mixer for your fun cocktails. We have a great one with gin called the Sock Hop Mocktail. Or check out our Blueberry and Basil smash. It’s the perfect end-of-summer drink for when you have tons of basil bursting in the garden.
So get out there and grab a blueberry booch and make summer happen all year round with this intensely satisfying flavor. Cheers!
