As we continue to brew our kombucha, we have increased safety measures at our brewery and are taking extra precautions with sanitization. This includes increasing the frequency and scope of our cleaning practices, implementing heightened hand-washing procedures for employees, and performing additional sanitation of all hard surfaces such as handles, doors, tables, vats, hoses, light switches, and floors. While we have always been committed to the highest standards of public safety as trained professionals in the food and beverage industry, we are taking extra care to follow the recommended precautions from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health authorities during this time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We're also committed to the health and wellness of all our employees, and our team is staying in close communication with each other as the situation evolves. We are enforcing a social distance of six feet from each other at all times. We're also requiring our employees to follow careful protocols whenever entering the brewery and asking that employees limit exposure to the public when not at work.
